Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Smile Tours and Travels (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our airport transfer services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or customer service hotline.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified on our platform.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your transfer.
3. Amendments and Cancellations
- Amendments to your booking must be requested at least 3 days before the scheduled transfer time and may be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the transfer are eligible for a full refund unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation. 3.3 Cancellations made within 3 days of the transfer time will not be refunded.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must ensure they provide accurate booking details, including pickup location, destination, and flight information.
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations, including carrying valid identification and necessary travel documents.
5. Luggage
- Each passenger is allowed a standard luggage allowance, typically one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage or oversized items must be disclosed at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage during the transfer.
6. Delays and No-Shows
- We monitor flight schedules to accommodate minor delays. However, passengers must notify us promptly of any significant changes to their flight schedule.
- If a passenger fails to show up within the agreed waiting time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
7. Service Limitations
- We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who exhibit inappropriate or illegal behaviour.
- Transfers are subject to weather, traffic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Liability
- Our liability for any loss, damage, or injury is limited to the amount paid for the transfer service.
- We are not responsible for any missed flights, connections, or other travel arrangements due to delays or cancellations beyond our control.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
